Diagnosing the "Duckbill" Nozzle Failure in KWA

My KWA MP7 bolt cycles but the BBs just roll out of the barrel with zero hop-up effect. I've cleaned the bucking and swapped BB weights, but nothing changes. What is the most likely mechanical cause?

Answer:

The result is a perfect air seal on the magazine side (hence normal cycling velocity) but zero backspin imparted on the projectile.

Diagnostic Check: 1. Remove the hop-up unit/barrel assembly. 2. Inspect the nozzle tip through the ejection port or after removing the bolt carrier. 3. Look for missing wings, a flattened profile, or cracks radiating from the center post. 4. Manually press the nozzle forward against the bucking; if it feels "mushy" or offers no spring resistance against the bucking lips, the tip is shot.
