Start with a light lubrication. Before filling your magazine for the first time, apply a small amount of silicone oil into the fill valve. This conditions the rubber seals and O-rings, which are often stiff from the factory.

Fill gradually at first. For your first few fills, avoid topping the magazine completely. Fill it to about 70-80% capacity and cycle through a magazine or two. This allows the internal seals to expand and seat properly under pressure without being overstressed.

Use quality green gas. Cheap or inconsistent gas can contain moisture or impurities that degrade seals faster. Stick to reputable brands for consistent pressure and clean output.
